I have used this dealership for the past 2 years since moving to Gainesville I was pleased with my last service advisor Jamie, I chose Harley as my service advisor this time. I made an appointment to drop moving to Gainesville I was pleased with my last service advisor Jamie, I chose Harley as my service advisor this time. I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off for service at 9:30 on July 2nd. I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday July 2nd at 9:21 a.m.. I was getting an oil change that was through Mopar, I was having a recall alert issue addressed, and I was having an issue with losing Power in electric mode investigated. I was asked when I needed the vehicle back my instant response was Monday the 6th first thing in the morning because I had a procedure scheduled that afternoon. When I left my vehicle I received the text link from Harley about staying up to date on the status of my vehicle. The entire day Thursday I did not hear anything from the service department about my vehicle, Friday morning goes by I still have not heard anything and I sent two texts inquiring about my service. At this point Friday afternoon I call to inquire about my vehicle, I was first told that they would call me when it's ready and they were going by a Monday pick up date. I reinforced what I said about having a procedure Monday afternoon and needing it no later than first Monday morning. Harley then said he would do his best to have it done by end of business day Friday and he would call me. No phone call or text Friday about my vehicle, Monday the 6th rolls around and still no one has contacted me about my vehicle. My mom was in town and she had to rearrange her entire schedule and stay an additional day to take me to my procedure, because there was no update on my vehicle. We showed up at the dealership Monday the 6th at 3:00 p.m. to inquire about my vehicle, Harley comes to the front desk to explain that he was going to call me when it's ready, he goes back in to the service area comes back out and informs me that my vehicle is in the wash right now. I let my mom know the vehicle is in the wash and she can go ahead and leave and I would wait for my vehicle. I sit down and about 15 minutes later Harley comes to me to tell me that he got Jeeps mixed up and my jeep was actually getting its oil change at that very moment. I inquire about the recall he said there's no fix for it and Mopar would let them know when it was available. I inquire about the power loss issue while driving in full full electric mode. When I dropped my Jeep off it had only 3 Mi for electric and when I picked it up it was at 0 miles, I was told they were unable to reproduce what I was talking about and there was nothing they could do about it. I had to wait another 30 minutes for my Jeep to come out of the oil change . In that time I was offered two free oil changes through the dealership after my Mopar oil changes ran out . I'm trying to understand why my Jeep got pushed so far back on the schedule, I'm trying to figure out if it got any sort of inspection with the oil change, I'm trying to find out if I had a tire rotation done as well. Why didn't the service staff call Mopar to find out about the electric loss issue, it is a known issue since the last update on the computer. I fully understand that the recall portion is no fault of the dealership, but I do feel the service staff needs to be up to date on the current issues with the 4XE. I know that my services were paid for under warranty and not Direct Cash to the service department, and really hope that is not the reason that my vehicle had such a delay. I highly encourage the service department to do better about giving updates, even if there is no update, some sort of communication every few hours is warranted. I sent two texts during this time which were not answered. I know your staff can do better, I have had better service several times. More
