There were few small/minor defects on a car upon receiving but overall is good. Music system rocks. The lumber support is not as great as my older Santa Fe. Right when I walked in, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. This was my first time buying a car and Harley made it a very smooth process for me. He was very attentive as I explained what I was looking for. I really appreciated his honest advice when I was deciding between different models.
