Our original Ford salesmen retired and we needed to find another salesperson we could trust and would find us a good Explorer. We were not disappointed with Brad @ Fulton Ford. He worked and worked along with Harold, trying to find us a 2019 Ford Explorer with all the requested features. At check out, Harold was very engaging and very kind, explaining each and every document we had to sign, We were introduced to the service department and have a name to request if needed. Overall, our first experience was excellent at Fulton Ford, Fulton Mo. Would highly recommend this dealership. More

We had to get the t WARNING - DON'T BUY USED CARS HERE. Unfortunately didn't read reviews on these crooks before buying a used SUV from them. We had to get the transmission rebuilt (over $2,800), oil pan gasket replaced (~$200), and it's going in the shop tomorrow to get an antifreeze leak fixed. When we bought the vehicle about 3 weeks ago, they said that the noise we heard during thet test drive was not the transmission, but a vibration coming from a heat shield (it was the transmission). They also said their mechanics look over all their used vehicles in detail before they sell them. Either their mechanics are completely incompetent, or they knew about the issues and still sold us a junk car. They wrote us a $500 check to put towards the repairs and told us to not write a bad review... I'm writing a review because it would be a disservice to the community to to tell others about this. More
