When we were ready to come in to test drive the car, Harold had everything ready for my husband and was very easy to work with. We communicated via email several other times between the test drive and when we finalized our deal. Harold played a key role in getting us to come to Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac. The day of the sale, he walked me through all the paperwork, offered additional warranty and rewards information. He took the time to should me how to use all the bells and whistles that came with our new car. I never felt like he wanted to rush through it all to get to the next person. The entire process was handled with respect, courtesy and humor. We would recommend Harold to any of our friends or colleagues that express interest in the Cadillac products. More

The DTS was delivered on time and with the equipment as orderred. Harold McPeek took the time to explain each facet of the 08 DTS that was different than my 05 DTS [Deville]. He demonstrated each and every control on the dash and explained it's function. We also test drove the auto and Harold McPeek explained various options as I drove. The pricing I received was straight forward and fair when it involved my trade and the DTS I was interested in. After inquiring about the Cadillac CTS via the internet, I was contacted by Harold McPeek within a few hours. He answered some of my questions over the phone and invited me in for a test drive. I was not able to get to the dealership until about a week later but Harold called me again to see if I still wanted to come in. I did finally make it to the dealership and was immediately impressed with the professionalism of Harold McPeek, who promptly introduced me to the Finance Manager Selwyn Brown. They both offered to work with me to try and get me into a new CTS at a price and car payment I could afford. My visit to the dealership was on a Friday night and that following Monday night, I was driving my new CTS off the lot!! These two gentlemen were very helpful, pleasant and cordial and I love them both for helping me get the car that I have wanted for the last three years. My wife and I were out furniture shopping on a nice Saturday afternoon when we noticed our daughter had fallen asleep in the backseat. Our leased vehicle wasn't due to be turned in for another six months but we always love to look at what's new. After exploring for an hour and being told that nobody could get us out of a lease that early, we pulled into the Cadillac dealer to look at the new CTS and Escalade models. After only a few minutes of browsing and test driving, we found ourselves sitting in the sales manger office discussing how we could go home that night with a $75,000 Escalade. The salesman, sales manager, and financing manager were all straight forward and eager to answer any and all questions that we asked about our purchase. This is the first positive experience I have ever had at a dealership and now know where to go in the future. More
