Outstanding Experience I had been poundering back and forth for a few months on rather to get a new car and suck up the monthly payment or just keep putting money into my pi I had been poundering back and forth for a few months on rather to get a new car and suck up the monthly payment or just keep putting money into my pile of junk. Monday Morning (6/12/17) I walked into Valley Nissan with a lot of nerves but an open mind. Jessie greeted me with a warm smile right away and made me feel extremely comfortable as soon as I sat at her desk. Good customer service means having thorough knowledge of your inventory, experience with your products, and being able to help customers make the best choices for them. And man oh man dose she have all of them! From the start of my application process, to looking at cars, test driving you name it I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much to everyone at Valley that helped make this process smooth and very exciting. Best experience Just went to the dealer to try n get my 2011 Nissan Rouge transmission fluid changed. Come to find out the transmission was going. So they hooked me up with one of the best salesman ever. Me n my daughter where offered drinks and we laughed the whole time while taking car of business. I end up purchasing a brand 2017 Nissan Senatra. I call her Nunu. Thanks Valley Nissan!!! More

"Amazing experience ever" I was shocked when I got a call from Ben telling me I could get a vehicle with a trade in. I just didn't think I could trade my van, which was on its I was shocked when I got a call from Ben telling me I could get a vehicle with a trade in. I just didn't think I could trade my van, which was on its last leg. I told my wife and she was like lets go to see what they can do for us, we needed a car bad. So when we finally arrived at the dealership the entire staff was amazingly helpful and friendly even with our 3 little ones. We loved it. Thank You so much for saving us. God Bless You all. More

Best car buying experience I was not planning on actually test driving a new car as my old (2008) Maxima SE was the best car I ever owned. I was just driving through parking lot I was not planning on actually test driving a new car as my old (2008) Maxima SE was the best car I ever owned. I was just driving through parking lot and looking at new styles. My old one had over 200,000 miles on it and that car never gave me trouble. Harold was in parking lot and started talking to me while I looked over the new styles. He convinced me to take a test drive and that is all it took. More

Arrived to test drive aTitanXD, I did not expect to buy one I have known Mr. Frank Smith most of my adult life. My 2016 Titan XD represents at least the fourth vehicle purchased by me or my immediate family fro I have known Mr. Frank Smith most of my adult life. My 2016 Titan XD represents at least the fourth vehicle purchased by me or my immediate family from this lot. My second Nissan. I spent some time deciding. The staff was very good with my questions since Frank sells Subaru. I would like to thank Ben and everyone else there for all of their help making this buying experience a very good one,. P.S. I think I am going to really like / love my new truck. More
