He was very patient with us and very forthright in explaining everything about the vehicles we considered and the transaction process. As strange as it seems, we ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from his dealership. This choice is no reflection on Harrison or the dealership itself. Rather, my wife stumbled upon another vehicle from a completely different manufacturer for which she fell in love with. Still, I want Harrison and all associated with Pat Lobb Toyota to know how so very thankful we are for their efforts on our behalf.
