Okay experience but Jack was inexperienced and tried some really awful tactics, like guilting me after giving me a snack, "good thing I brought my lunch today" but the best part was test driving a Prius prim really awful tactics, like guilting me after giving me a snack, "good thing I brought my lunch today" but the best part was test driving a Prius prime and him telling me that it wasn't a hybrid. Maybe do a little research on what you're selling, bro. I drove two hours to get the car and couldn't bring it home that night because they dont detail used cars until after they sell (weird, right?) and so he begrudgingly offered to meet me a half hour away from the dealership, which would save me an hour of travel time. Once I agreed to this, he told me that was a whole hour of his time where he wouldn't be able to sell any cars. Umm... because you're selling a car dude. xxx. Another highlight is him and a manager asking me to pull up similar cars that are cheaper, I was able to easily to do so and call their bluff. BEST PART... going to pick it up and about to drive off the lot and the car wouldn't start. Battery was dead. Jack left the headlights on for us. And couldn't even stay until close to give me the keys. Oh and I just found out they didn't include the POWER CORD for my plug in Prius. Reached out and nothing back. I''ll keep the negative reviews coming and post as many as possible!!!! More

As a single mom, I have had past dealerships see me as an easy target when it comes to upping the original quoted price through hidden fees. However, that was not the case with Pedder Hyundai of Poway. They easy target when it comes to upping the original quoted price through hidden fees. However, that was not the case with Pedder Hyundai of Poway. They were the only Hyundai dealership in San Diego and Orange County that gave me the numbers before I came in. The other dealerships gave me partial quotes. My positive experience started with Wesley working with me on the numbers for two Kona's and Moses worked with me in person. The professionalism and people skills that these two young men exhibited was impressive. From start to finish, I was not only relieved by the ease and consistency with the sales department, but also with George in financing. Thank you Pedder Hyundai of Poway for all that you did for my daughter and I. You guys rock! More

If you're a Senior Citizen, I would stay away from this dealership! They will take every opportunity to take advantage of you with Add-on packing such as GPS Tracking and Special Coatongs. The FTC, Feder dealership! They will take every opportunity to take advantage of you with Add-on packing such as GPS Tracking and Special Coatongs. The FTC, Federal Trade Commission is going after Dealerships that do this. If you've taken out a loan you might not notice it that much but if yhou're paying cash you will. More
