My typical experience with lesser dealers involved inexperience sales staff, unclear pricing, and a painfully slow process . Not with Harry, he is professional and extremely knowledgeable. The pricing was clear and itemized, not just a handwritten figure on a blank sheet. When I had to leave the dealership after my first visit, there was none of the typical pushiness. Harry seemed confident he had clearly presented all the information that I needed to make a decision - he had, and I was back to sign the next week. Once I did the process moved quickly. Great experience overall. More

After speaking with Colleen Amirr on the phone, I knew I was going to have a great experience buying a new Acura MDX. Harry Jones did an excellent job assisting with getting some of the paper work done ahead of time. On the day of the purchase, I worked with Don Nardone. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain all of the options in the car before I drove off the lot. The overall experience exceeded my expectations in price, quality and service. I am definitely recommending this dealership to my friends and family. I decided to check out Montclair Acura after I was turned off by another dealer I had went to earlier in the week. I knew exactly what I wanted and Harry was very helpful in finding me the best options. He t off by another dealer I had went to earlier in the week. They didn't use typical salesmen jargon, where you would feel uncomfortable asking a question. Car shopping is not fun with pushy, cocky salesmen but the staff at Montclair Acura makes it easy with having a laid-back, approachable attitude. I would definitely recommend them! More

I live in Queens New York, and was looking to purchase a new 2014 Acura MDX. After lots of comparison in price, and service reviews, it came down to DCH Monclaire and Curry Acura. Both offered the best p new 2014 Acura MDX. After lots of comparison in price, and service reviews, it came down to DCH Monclaire and Curry Acura. Both offered the best price around with DCH edging out by a little over $400. Paul Dejets was the internet sales manager that assigns the sales person and answers any questions you may have. And he has been a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of my questions on the MDX (and I had a lot of question) prior to purchase. Initially I was assigned to a sales representative by the name of Sergio. I was not very happy with his service. He made mistakes on the invoice, could not be reached most of the time, and doesn't call back when I left messages and emails about my concerns on the invoice, or questions about the car. (And I do give ample amount of time lapsed before I make this claim, three days each time to be exact). This was almost the deal breaker between DCH and I. But Paul assured me that I will be assigned another sales person, and I was glad that he talked me into staying I was assigned to Walter Goldman. He is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, with all the patience in the world like Paul. Another person worth mentioning is Marie Rossie. She did our finance and warranty. Another straight forward person who was willing and able to explain whatever it was that I didn't understand. My overall experience with DCH Montclair Acura is that they are very straight forward, and honest. You get what you bargained for, and you will not get a penny less after that. They are very knowledgable of their product, and are willing to take the time to explain to you all that you need to know. NOTE: Even after the sales was done and I needed some additional information sent to my insurance company, they were happy to help, which was very different to a Range Rover dealership in NJ that I just purchased a Evoke with. More

Leased a new MDX this past Friday. Pricing was competitive and very transparent initially dealing with Paul and then with Sergio and Harry. I had intended on getting to the dealer at 4pm (friday b competitive and very transparent initially dealing with Paul and then with Sergio and Harry. I had intended on getting to the dealer at 4pm (friday before new years) to beat the rush but ended up running late. Sergio was very helpful in explaining car features. Even though it was past closing, Sergio Harry and Leon stayed late to deliver the car that night. Much appreciated since i needed the car that weekend and would not have been able to come back until after the new year. loving my new MDX! More

I visited Dch Montclair Acura not really knowing what i was looking for. I first met Mr Harry Jones he was a sales manager he quickly found a sales person for me. He introduced me to Jaime who met me wit was looking for. I first met Mr Harry Jones he was a sales manager he quickly found a sales person for me. He introduced me to Jaime who met me with a big smile on his face. He listened to everything i had to say which was a first for a change. Then after we discussed what i was looking for in a car we decided to look at the TSX. I fell in love with the car immediately. Jaime explained all the controls in the vehicle and all the safety features which come with the tsx. I was very happy with my brand new car and even more important i was very happy with the service Jaime Harry and the rest of the staff at Dch Montclair acura gave me. I would definately recommend this dealer to my closet friends and family, they are amazing. More
