We spent the majority of the four weeks it took to find the right vehicle working with James. James is the reason we kept coming back. Harry helped to support James by providing additional expertise on Ford vehicles and taking a managerial interest in our case and helping us stick to our budget. Jim did his business manager magic, found the best creditor availalbe, explained the paperwork and made sure all was good to get us into our vehicle. The team dynamic present at Harrisonburg Ford outweighs what I've seen at any other dealer. We'll probably be back in the next month or so for a vehicle for my wife. More
