Best auto dealer buying experience I've ever had I was an unusual buyer: from out of state, negotiated the deal over the phone with Harry & Brian, signed all the paperwork remotely, then flew in and I was an unusual buyer: from out of state, negotiated the deal over the phone with Harry & Brian, signed all the paperwork remotely, then flew in and picked up the car - assuming it was as shown and advertised. Everything went flawlessly and they were very flexible on pricing and delivery timing. Perfect condition for a 2 yr old used car at pickup, and it was the shortest dealer vehicle delivery at the site I've ever experienced - in and out in less than an hour and that included Harry explaining all the unique safety options. I'd recommend Village, Harry and Brian highly and would buy from them again in a second. More

There were a couple of things that they repaired at no cost to us. Debbie is even lining up our next oil change. We have been there 3 or 4 times now and everyone we spoke with and had dealings with was very knowledgeable and courteous. We enjoy the coffee , donuts and sometimes hotdogs. They make you feel totally at home while you wait. We will definitely go to this Village Cadillac dealership for our next car. Thank you to everyone for making this happen. I never thought I would own a red Cadillac. Soooooo happy! More
