Harut was joy to work with. Professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I had an injury and needed ‘special’ attention. He was awesome. Never made me feel uncomfortable in any way. Dealership and employees were nice. When I got there for test drive they had to go fill the car with gas, it had less than 20 miles in the tank. Looked like it had been sitting a while and the battery faile test drive they had to go fill the car with gas, it had less than 20 miles in the tank. Looked like it had been sitting a while and the battery failed inspection so I couldn’t get a sticker The day I picked it up, even though the car had under 13,000 miles. Whole process took more time than I expected. More

The Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I recently purchased a Volvo at Jaffarian. I drove in to the dealership and was greeted by Gavin (the owner) with a friendly hello and was introduced I recently purchased a Volvo at Jaffarian. I drove in to the dealership and was greeted by Gavin (the owner) with a friendly hello and was introduced to Harut Yesayan who soon handed me the keys to the used vehicle I came test drive. I returned to the showroom, was offered a fair price for my car and without pressure, began and completed the process of buying the car that evening. I have to give kudo's to Greg in finance too who even made that process pleasurable as he shared funny jokes and stories. Harut Yesayan went above and beyond to get me into my XC90. I can't say enough about the consumer service I received. Harut sat with me in the car for an hour when I picked it up and went over every vehicle feature/option. He continued to help with the Volvo app on my phone the next day when the app wasn't working properly. If I could, I would tell everyone to buy their vehicles at Jaffarian. Thanks again. I feel like I made new friends. More

New XV90! Great experience at Jaffarian We were in the vicinity of Jaffarian and dropped by the dealership to check out the new XC60 and XC90. Harut did an excellent! Super easy to work with, very happy with my S60 First time leasing a car. They were very helpful, and Harut in Sales did a fantastic job giving me an overview of the vehicle, and going for a ride. Their loop for the ride was great, got to take it on 495 and see how everything accelerated etc. Ended up leasing with them, they were the lowest price and made everything great.
