Our daughter lives out by your dealership and suggested we go there. We live in Rochester Hills. We were nicely greeted by Harvey Hortick as we arrived. He promised us a simple, honest, and hassle-free vehicle purchasing experience, which materialized in our purchase of a new 2016 Escalade Platinum model. First, he examined our old Escalade and gave us a trade-in value which beat the competition. He then researched the database for future deliveries of cars that matched our needs. After some consultation with his manager, he offered us a competitive price for the vehicle we selected. Upon receiving the new vehicle, he spent a lengthy period of time walking us through the numerous new features. The following day, Jonathan Tournaud met with us at our home to program the Universal Remote System and went over many of the technical aspects related to using the electronic components of the vehicle. With Harvey and Jonathan’s explanations, we were able to operate our new vehicle with minimum difficulty.
