I recently bought a car from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, in particular Hasan, the salesman, and Jason, in the Finance couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, in particular Hasan, the salesman, and Jason, in the Finance dept., making the entire process smooth and less stressful. Hasan was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in finding the right car for my needs. He took the time to understand my requirements and showed me several options within my budget. His willingness to answer all my questions made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new car. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service!" This email is regarding the unpleasant experience that we had at one of your stores (Brandon Hyundai of Brandon, Florida). We visited the store to purchase a used 2015 Nissan rogue. We negotiated a deal on S had at one of your stores (Brandon Hyundai of Brandon, Florida). We visited the store to purchase a used 2015 Nissan rogue. We negotiated a deal on Saturday, September 9th, 2023. We came back in Monday, 11th September 2023 to close on said deal, and the general manager told us that the price had changed and that he would no longer honor the price that we negotiated on Saturday, two days ago. What an horrible experience that was. Customer service like that is unbecoming of a general sales manager, who is supposed to be the face of the dealership and leader. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Larry Morgan, and I know that he is a man of integrity, honesty, and his reputation is that he is there to make money, but he’s also here to help people and definitely not take advantage. More
