Entering Grieco Ford Delray Beach that Sunday was a DISGRACE. It was a DISGRACE for me also to meet Igor (the salesperson), Joel (the manager), and Mark (the service manager), because they did absolut DISGRACE. It was a DISGRACE for me also to meet Igor (the salesperson), Joel (the manager), and Mark (the service manager), because they did absolutely nothing to fix the mess they created. Unfortunately, it was raining hard that Sunday; I bought a used Chevrolet Express commercial van and—due to the rain—I didn't notice a small (yet significant) noise coming from the engine bay. The very next day—YES, THE NEXT DAY—after driving only 50 miles (so it couldn't have been me), I noticed it and called my mechanic, who told me the engine was damaged and needed replacing. I went back to them, but they did NOTHING to resolve the issue; in fact... the only solution that "genius" Joel could come up with was to take the van back for $3,000 less than what I paid for it. The strange thing is, Grieco's service department inspected the van again; they acknowledged the noise existed but claimed they didn't know where it was coming from. So, I went to a third, independent mechanic—an official Chevrolet dealer—and they confirmed the same thing: DEFECTIVE ENGINE, ENGINE NEEDS REPLACING. Grieco had taken this van—which was already defective—from a customer who knew it was faulty; that’s exactly why they traded it in. I contacted my lawyer, who sent them a detailed letter with all the reports, and do you know what happened? Even their lawyer didn't bother to reply after 30 days. Congratulations to the GRIECO family. This isn't over yet! More
