I would like to extend my highest praise 10 stars to Toyota of Santa Monica, particularly to Arnold Funes, the Internet Sales Manager. After conducting some research last night, I became interested in l Toyota of Santa Monica, particularly to Arnold Funes, the Internet Sales Manager. After conducting some research last night, I became interested in leasing a brand new Toyota Prius XLE. I submitted an inquiry through an automated system that notifies all Toyota dealers, and by morning, Arnold was the first to reach out to me. At 11 a.m. sharp, Arnold was ready to discuss the details. He texted me, saying, "It's Arnold from Toyota Santa Monica. We can do $3,000 down and $380 per month. That's the best offer I can provide for you." A few hours later, I was inundated with calls from various Toyota dealers across Southern California, each employing the same sales tactics. However, none of them came close to matching Arnold's offer. Even after I shared the details of Arnold's proposal, many dealers expressed skepticism and joked that I might be getting played. Ultimately, the deal went through, and I ended up with an even better offer. This dealership is genuinely committed to their customers, and Arnold's dedication and work ethic certainly deserve recognition and a raise. I wholeheartedly recommend Toyota of Santa Monica to anyone serious about leasing a new vehicle. If you're in the market, this is the place to go. More

Hassan said that my wife and I lied about a non negotiable add on that he applied to our financial agreement. So much for treating a customer like a customer. Turns out- the product could be removed and the finance department suddenly changed their tune once Toyota corporate got involved. More

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! After BUYER BEWARE!!!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! After the 2021 Toyota Mirai lease/2019 Lexus vehicle trade transaction on August 1, I was abandon BUYER BEWARE!!!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! After the 2021 Toyota Mirai lease/2019 Lexus vehicle trade transaction on August 1, I was abandoned by the Toyota of Santa Monica salesman, Ulises Villanueva; Manager, Hector Medina; and, the Finance Manager, Hassan Mohaved. Since we finished after closing time, Ulises failed to orient me about the function and safety features of the Mirai vehicle. The next day, I could not activate the Mirai Multimedia Screen Apps; and, he was not successful in helping me or even trying to find a solution. Furthermore, it took six phone calls to activate the Toyota remote services on the vehicle. An investigation has revealed that on August 8, 2021, Toyota of Santa Monica paid Lexus Financial for my vehicle trade: 2019 Lexus ES300H. However, three weeks had passed until they produced the check for the balance of equity. The dealership warns customers that there is a "No cooling-off period." Then, they don't pay you for a trade-in without a fight. Due to these egregious failures in customer service, I will never return to Toyota of Santa Monica for service or another vehicle purchase. More
