Absolute worst experience buying a car at Berman Nissan of Chicago. I’ve purchased 5 or so cars in my adulthood with at least 1 being out of state and things always went as planned except with Berman Wh of Chicago. I’ve purchased 5 or so cars in my adulthood with at least 1 being out of state and things always went as planned except with Berman While waiting for the title from Berman, I got all the necessary documentation to get registered in my state (including inspection and emissions test) days after purchasing the car. Berman notifies me almost 6 weeks after that they need this documents to transfer the title. I send them and get another request a week later for the same documents. I send them and then get a 3rd request for the inspection due tot he original being more than 60 days old (at the fault of Berman delays). I also noticed minor things about the car that they hid like a huge hole in the floor hidden under the driver side mat. I usually don’t leave reviews but this has me furious and if I can save someone else the trouble it’s worth it. I would leave no stars if I didn’t have the car but I would never go back there or recommend anyone else. More
