There were no gimmicks or surprises just honest and clear communication that made us feel respected. Sales manager Byron also played a big role in making this happen. Even though we were a bit skeptical and maybe a little difficult at times, Byron kept his word, worked with us, and helped bring everything together to make the deal work.
