Great first time experience with Rick! Highly recommend! I called Jerry Hunt on a whim, after seeing a Chrysler Town and Country that looked perfect for us. Decided to come in after talking with Rick, and was blown away by the service from the get go. Rick was so incredibly kind, not pushy and patient with us while we had our 2 children with us the whole time. Test drove the van, loved it, got the financing we needed and drove away that night! Great experience Well, I guess first off I should say I "cringe" at the thought of going to a car dealership and having salesmen come at you like a wild animal after t Well, I guess first off I should say I "cringe" at the thought of going to a car dealership and having salesmen come at you like a wild animal after their prey! Haha I typically just want to browse around and look, if I need to ask a question, I will find a salesman. However, when we went to Jerry Hunt's to "just look" for a car for my daughter, I didn't feel this way at all. We were able to walk around and browse, then when I had a question, I saw Mr. Rick Green and he was more than happy to help. Even after we engaged, I still did not feel pressured. Also, I was particularly looking for a stick shift, that was one of my daughters top features she wanted in a car. When at first we weren't able to locate one, Mr. Green didn't try to convince us to simply "settle" for an automatic. He came across as sincerely wanting to make sure we found what we wanted, not just make a sale. He walked around the lot with us and we found exactly what we were looking for. The car was new to their inventory, so all the information was not on the paperwork he had, but he quickly got it for us. We were very interested in the car but I told Mr. Green that I wanted my daughter (who was at work) to see the car first before we committed to buying. He suggested that we could take the car for a drive and feel free to take it by her work to see it then. Once we decided to purchase the car, Mr. Green made the process very easy and relaxed. Again, not making us feel pressured. The paperwork process went smoothly and took much less time than my other experiences of buying a car. He made sure that we got a great deal and were comfortable with the terms. Mr. Green is by far the most sincere and personable "salesman" I have EVER dealt with. He never once made us feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. The whole experience at Jerry Hunt's was very pleasant and working with Mr. Green was a pleasure. I would certainly consider buying from Jerry Hunt's again and would absolutely want to do business with Mr. Green again! More
