Purchased two cars from this dealer from Martin, and I had an excellent experience both times. The whole process was fluid, and they were very easy to work with. Hayden in finance was also very helpful. had an excellent experience both times. The whole process was fluid, and they were very easy to work with. Hayden in finance was also very helpful. More

Aiden was great to work with - very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive! They gave me a fair price on both my trade in and my new car. If I buy another Nissan in the future, it’ll be from E knowledgeable, and responsive! They gave me a fair price on both my trade in and my new car. Empire Lakewood Nissan was so great that they have me writing a review! I've purchased vehicles before, but what makes this place so special to me was not only the customer service, but also the speed of writing a review! I've purchased vehicles before, but what makes this place so special to me was not only the customer service, but also the speed of getting a vehicle and the people who helped me. When I've purchased cars in the past, I was there for sooo long! Anywhere between 5 to 7 hours. Here, from test driving to driving home in my new 2026 Nissan Pathfinder, it took about 2 hours! My salesman was Aiden Geddis. He was amazing! Not only did he help me choose the right car for me my family's lifestyle, but he also was a really cool guy to talk to. Very down to earth, respectful, but just fun to talk to in general! I can honestly say he was genuine and cared about my situation for needing a car as well. He was so good that I went back a few days later to purchase a used car for my teenage son who's car decided to die the same week mine was totaled out due to someone slamming into it while parked in the snow. I am happy with my car and I HIGHLY recommend Empire Lakewood Nissan to whoever is looking for a good quality car, good people, and fantastic customer service! I personally recommend working with Aiden. I'm sure everyone is great, but aince my personal experience was with him, I've got to give him a shot out. Awesome guy and place! Plus. I'm now a Nissan person and love the infotainment system and car's feature. More
