After a lengthy search for a Porsche Boxster S, I drove from Connecticut to Richmond, Virginia, to look at a Boxster Hyman Bros. had in stock. Their ratings were positive online. The car looked great and drove even better. As you likely know, Hyman Bros. is a 'no haggle' dealership, meaning what you see as the price is the price you'll pay if you want the car. Given the quality of the cars, and that they're fairly priced, I felt no need to argue the point. I purchased the car without a full inspection by an independent Porsche mechanic; that is a risk I wouldn't suggest others take. But with this dealer - not to worry. A Porsche guy here in CT, after a full and comprehensive inspection post-purchase, said I got myself a gem. It is next to perfect for a car that's a 2005. I needed to do nothing to it, except that it arrived with a crack in the windshield that the transport guy had noted at point of loading the car. Mr. Hyman actually contacted me to make arrangements for the replacement at no cost to me. The service throughout the buying process was exceptional. I had the car shipped for $250.00 (they'll ship anywhere for that price) AND the car arrived two (2) days after purchase! You can't count on that, but I was especially fortunate. So, in short, these folks are great, from the Business Manager, to their sales staff, to the co-owners. Based on my experience, I recommend the West Broad Hyman Bros. of Richmond without reservation. Note: they have an amazing selection of cars. More

The 2008 Cadillac xxx brings the total to #7 in a little over a year at this dealership. Well guys it's number six with the 2010 Camaro SS in a little over a year and still counting. Anybody that reads this and wants an excellent used (not abused) car look no further than Hyman Brothers. As I mentioned in my previous testamonials, i don't ever look at any other dealers in the city when shopping for a used car because Hyman is my only stop shop. Well here we go again. I just purchased my 5th vehicle from Hyman Brothers this year and the experience has been second to none. This dealership is like family to my wife and I and would not consider look from Hyman Brothers this year and the experience has been second to none. This dealership is like family to my wife and I and would not consider looking elsewhere for a used vehicle. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly (like family). I must say that working with Steve Sommers has been the most pleasureable experience in all my years of car buying. Ed Graves was my first experience with this Business Manager and consistent with this dealership very pleasant and professional with no hiccups. And of course Haywood Hyman who has always been fair, honest, friendly and professional in every inch of my buying experiences with him.
