My wife and I were looking for a top rated vehicle for her first car, but we were in a tight with money. She wanted a car that would take care of her, and be there for her to go to work and school. Being her first car, but we were in a tight with money. She wanted a car that would take care of her, and be there for her to go to work and school. Being her first car, we wanted to pay cash , but we only had a budget of less than $7000. We contacted Heath a family member and asked for help. He had just what we needed. With his great help we bought a toyota 4 door that my wife was so happy with. It met her total list of needs and we are very happy that Heath could help us. We decided to purchase a new car. Went to the local dealership and we were not at all impressed. We have had bad experiences with past dealerships and were not expecting much out of them. Decided to try Toyota of Dothan, and knew right away this is the place we were going to make our purchase. Great staff, no pressure, we felt at home here. From our salesman, the finance manager and the sales manager we were treated with respect and a feeling of appretiation for our business. These are some good people working at Toyota of Dothan. We could not be happier with our purchase. Heath Danford was such a pleasure to work with and we will continue to do our business with Toyota of Dothan for future vehicle purchases. I came in with my Dad who is 80 years old and it was very important to me that the experience was not stressful for him. I could not have been more pleased that we lucked into having Heath Danford as our sal important to me that the experience was not stressful for him. Heath was very respectful to my Dad and I know my Dad enjoyed talking about car racing, etc. I appreciated the manager making the extra effort to get the price down to what we could afford. I feel like the price was fair and I have high hopes that the car will perform as we expect and that service experiences will be pleasant for my Dad & Mom.
