Spoke with them over the phone multiple times about the condition of this car I was interested in. Was told it was fantastic etc.etc. Drove 3.5 hours to come see the car. Sales person was late to appointme condition of this car I was interested in. Was told it was fantastic etc.etc. Drove 3.5 hours to come see the car. Sales person was late to appointment and wouldn’t have said anything to me if I didn’t say something, then made me wait another 20 minutes when I Had already set an appointment 2 days before. Brought car up and I drove it, something didn’t feel right, pulled over in a parking lot to scope the car out. (Other than all the scratches, lighter burn, cracked screen on dashboard, broken plastic seat covering, ripped steering wheel I had already noticed) I noticed the car had been in some kind of accident because the panels on the back weren’t lining up. Then I saw something move when I opened the back hatch, upon further inspection it was shattered glass that cut my finger on. I drove it back to the dealership and Told them “how the test drive went”. I was told by Danny that he needs new glasses and can’t see well so he couldn’t see all the damage I was talking about when we had spoke over the phone and text messaged one another multiple times(over 10 times). Then he got his sales manager Jaime who said “oh yeah the service department broke the window and I guess we will have to talk to them about it and see if we might be able to fix that”. He also told me after telling him about what condition the car was in, “what do you want from me? The car is used” I told him I would have liked to not have been told the car was immaculate and a perfect car and then drove 3.5 hours one way, taken the day off of work and drove out here.” Neither of them said anything and just looked at each other. I then said you guys have your keys and I’m done here. More

During corona issue I followed their online program for purchasing a vehicle. After 3 days of trying to get a call returned I finally Got ahold of John. Seemed like an easy process up until the last minu purchasing a vehicle. After 3 days of trying to get a call returned I finally Got ahold of John. Seemed like an easy process up until the last minute when they pulled a switch in agreed prices. If I was not paying attention they would have gotten me for an additional $1500. Once questioned and confronted with this I was told if I didn’t like it I could go buy a car elsewhere. Deal was over at that time. Shady and very dishonest dealings. Emailed GM who did call to apologize. Would of been their easiest car sales in months. I was ready to leave with new vehicle. But their greed took over. I took my business elsewhere. Found a dealer that wanted to sell a car. Not rip people off during these days. More

Great interest rates available. Better than I could get. agreed to purchase and trade in on monday night and drove the car home on Tuesday afternoon. They quickly worked to get the vehicle paperwork ready, overcome the challenges of the new Registry software release, and info issues with my insurance company. everyone worked together to get the job done quickly and accurately. highly recommend Mostafa, Patrick, Ahmahd, Jonge, and Heather as they are great to work with. More
