I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to think twice and do their research before making a decision. I purchased a vehicle costing approximately $50,000 with a warranty, only to experience problems within the first week of ownership. I contacted the dealership multiple times, but instead of getting the help I needed, I continued to receive pushback. It wasn't until I experienced a blown tire that they finally inspected the vehicle and informed me that the engine needed to be completely replaced. I purchased coverage specifically to protect myself from situations like this, so I expected the repair to be handled accordingly. However, I was then told that I would have to pay $14,000 out of pocket because their technician had submitted the paperwork too early! Let that sink in: I purchased a vehicle for $50,000 with a warranty, experienced major issues within the first week, and was left facing a $14,000 bill because of a paperwork issue that I believe was beyond my control. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability, communication, and willingness to help resolve this situation. At no point did I feel that the dealership took responsibility or made a genuine effort to help me find a fair solution. Buying a vehicle is a major financial commitment, and customers deserve honesty, support, and peace of mind—especially when purchasing a vehicle with a warranty. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. Please do your research, carefully review your warranty coverage, and make sure you understand how claims are handled before signing anything. I would hate for another buyer to go through the same frustrating and expensive experience. BUYER BEWARE! More
