Heather’s favorite part of her job is interacting with her customers and doing everything she can to make their car buying experience as fun and enjoyable as possible. Maureen, part of the internet team, contacted me the day after my online inquiry and arranged for me to meet with Elaine, one of the sales managers, for a test drive. Elaine put me in the good hands of Trac after my online inquiry and arranged for me to meet with Elaine, one of the sales managers, for a test drive. Elaine put me in the good hands of Tracey who did an awesome job of accquainting me with the car (Hyundai Accent), explaining all the features and gadgets. Heather then took me through the financial part of the deal and I was in the new car within a few hours of walking in the dealership. If I were grading, the entire team received A+'s. More
