Heather Erickson went above and beyond in helping me purchase my ML. She took the time to listen to my priorities, allowed me to take it out multiple test drives in different environments, and made the purchase my ML. Excellent expirience! I was very pleased with the total experience I had, both with my Sales Associate and the Finance Manager. Even though I was purchasing a Pre-Owned Le I was very pleased with the total experience I had, both with my Sales Associate and the Finance Manager. Even though I was purchasing a Pre-Owned Lexus LS 460, I received the attention one would expect with a top-shelf Porsche dealer. And the post-sales experience has been very good with both associates, which I think is a very important metric when rating a dealer. More
