The time and attentiveness spent answering all of our questions, during the two visits we made to the dealership, was well above our expectations. When it became apparent that a car with the color, interior finishing, and equipment we were looking for was not readily available, they reached out bringing one in from southern Florida. This made my wife very happy, which pleased me. The only downside was being surprised at the time of Financing/Closing to find out that the advertised 10 years/100,000 miles and 20 years/200,000 miles extended coverage required an additional $3,000 expenditure.
