I continuously used the service dept for my Subaru services. The service people sell your product, because once the car is sold, it's rare to hear from your salesman. It's the last 7 yrs of service th services. The service people sell your product, because once the car is sold, it's rare to hear from your salesman. It's the last 7 yrs of service that gave me faith in buying another Subaru when mine was totaled. However, Bryce was smart enough to do follow up calls and came to the service department when I was there and showed me what was new. He was knowledgeable and showed sincere interest in finding out what our needs were. Appreciated the honesty. More

Sales representative misrepresented an option on the vehicle and after we purchased it and drove it home (4 hours away from dealership and several days later ) we contacted them about the issue. They st vehicle and after we purchased it and drove it home (4 hours away from dealership and several days later ) we contacted them about the issue. They stated that we must have misunderstood and they refused to do anything about it. They just said if we wanted we could return the vehicle. Period. More
