Juan and Luis were fantastic and made my car-buying experience effortless! They have continued to be helpful, even after my purchase was finalized. A week or so prior to purchasing my car, I walked in looking to test drive a 2025 Tiguan that I found listed on the Roanoke Southern Team’s website. Dustin Clark was my salesman at the time and told me the price listed on the website was inaccurate. When I asked for ballpark numbers, Dustin told me the Tiguan would likely be about $10,000 more than listed on their website due to taxes, fees, and my credit (I have a 700+ credit score). I was still interested in the Tiguan so I emailed Juan asking for out-the-door pricing. Juan answered all of my questions and Luis completed my sale with no complications. I found Heather in financing to be very pushy and rude. When I originally turned down an extended warranty, she offered me a Radford graduate discount, however if I would not have declined the offer originally she would not have given me the discount, although she knew prior that I graduated from Radford University. When expressing that I wasn’t particularly interested in raising my monthly payment she made a comment along the lines of “is $50 extra per month really something you can’t afford?” with a negative tone. Very unprofessional attitude. Additionally, when it came time to sign paper work, she talked really fast and scrolled down on the computer to where the only visible part of the paperwork was the line for my signature each time my signature was required. She had an attitude when I scrolled back up to read what I was signing. More
