Sold me a 75k dollar car promised me the world and then wanted me to tow my car to them when it wouldn't start refused to give me a loaner. Oh and the best part they told my wife this will keep happening b wanted me to tow my car to them when it wouldn't start refused to give me a loaner. Oh and the best part they told my wife this will keep happening because she needs to drive the Tahoe more?? So if you want a Tahoe that doesn't start every other day because we are not driving it "long distances" then I would go somewhere else. The service manager was upset with me for asking questions , but perhaps he could take a second to understand I am upset my 75k dollar Tahoe I purchased 5 months ago doesn't start and I am being told tough luck go rent a car and this is going to continue! If you sort the 1 stars you will find this to be a trend with this place! Heather in sales is awesome however give her a raise! More

My family and I have gone through Heather for almost every vehicle we've leased and will be back soon for another one! It is always a pleasant experience and she is very thorough and does not pressure y every vehicle we've leased and will be back soon for another one! She is very kind and will do her best to try and get you in the vehicle you want at the price point you can afford. More

Heather was such a pleasure to work with. She was professional and patient when listening to our needs and was able to find us the exact vehicle we were looking for. We felt taken care of and never o professional and patient when listening to our needs and was able to find us the exact vehicle we were looking for. We felt taken care of and never once did we feel the uncomfortable sales pressure. We would feel comfortable (and have) recommended friends and family use Heather to help them make such a big purchase. Even if it means Gordon Chevrolet isn’t the closest dealership, the Heather experience is worth it! More
