This is my second time dealing with this chain of dealerships but first time working with this particular one. Overall experience was warm and welcoming and I was able to do a lot of the paperwork el dealerships but first time working with this particular one. Overall experience was warm and welcoming and I was able to do a lot of the paperwork electronically. So far i have no real complaints during the buying process. In my case they did not try to sell any add on packages to be which was nice and something I hate has become a norm. Others may have had different experiences but as for me it was a good one. Heather was nice salesperson and was eager to help me in any way without being overbearing. She respected my request to think on things and didnt push me into a sale but when I was ready she sprung into action to help me with my search and purchase. Would definitely user her again if I need another vehicle. More
