Service Manager Patricia Fowler went above and beyond in resolving a recurring issue. She always calls and updates us on status of the repair. Chris and Rick in the service department also went the extra mi resolving a recurring issue. She always calls and updates us on status of the repair. Brought my car in with three issues. I was billed $1800 and changed and none of the three items were fixed.
