First oil change the technician spilt oil all over my engine. Second oil change I requested a car wash which wasn’t done. Third time they had my vehicle 24hrs didn’t fix the problem that’s under warranty engine. Second oil change I requested a car wash which wasn’t done. The Service team did an admirable job of addressing the maintenance issues that I raised at the time that I scheduled the appointment. The inspection indicated the possibly of replacing the cabin air filt maintenance issues that I raised at the time that I scheduled the appointment. The inspection indicated the possibly of replacing the cabin air filter. I had the work performed as I felt that air recirculation was somewhat odoriferous. Heather Swanson is a credit to Scott Scoller’s service team. My only complaint is that I was at Valley Buick GMC for nearly 4 hours. More
