I visited this dealership on Thursday, November 9 with the expectation of upgrading my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. I found my salesperson very pushy and unfriendly. He treated me as though I was a child. I also spoke to a manager on the floor who was also dismissive. I walked out very unhappy with the professionalism. Subsequently, I went next door to Ferman Mazda and purchased a 2023 CX-5. The service was great but due to the extremely slow construction, the customer courtesy waiting area sucks and the drop off area is way to limited.
