My mother financed her 2019 RAV4 from this dealership and let’s just say she was not pleased at all. On December 30 she dropped off her car to the service center, throughout the time it being there, there wa let’s just say she was not pleased at all. On December 30 she dropped off her car to the service center, throughout the time it being there, there was never clear explanation or any updates on her vehicle. Finally on January 21,2021 the car was ready for pickup, when she picks up her car after paying she notices what was suppose to be fixed was not and the paint used on the car was completely off! It is very noticeable and unacceptable. This whole experience for my mother has been very stressful and the lack of professionalism and incompetence shows in their work. It is unfortunate that my mother has to endure this and now has to take in the car again because they could not get it right the first time! More

David Lee is the # 1 reason I keep my business with this dealership. He has always placed me with wonderful sales staff to carry out the orders and had guided me fairly with timing on pricing and special deals. With David moving up to GM he has continued to support me and his replacement as SM, Mina Arizona has continued the VIP experience for me with also placing me with a great salesman for this most recent lease. Brian was professional and confident and the process went just as smooth as anyone could expect. He went out of his way to accommodate a special request I made and took care of the request personally, double checking things to ensure I was driving a safe vehicle before he would let me leave. He even handled an issue with a bump step that I was unable to remove before turning in my previous vehicle and made sure it was ready for me to pick up the next business day. The whole process from Patricia at the front reception desk to David Grin in finance is made pleasurable because this team does care enough to create the long term relationships. They know how to hire the right people and Brian is a great addition to all the staff I have interacted with over the years with this dealership.
