Hector M. provided excellent service. The issue came when it was time to pick up vehicle, spoke with Tony and said that battery cables was the issue but does not replace cables without replacing battery and 2 new key fobs for 956.00. Explained battery is practically new why would you replace battery and not just cables? They do not do that--WOW! WHY REPLACE SOMETHING YOU DONT NEED OR IS NOT THE PROBLEM??
