Factory recall Went in for courtesy oil change with a print out. Everyone forgot it especially at time of check out. I had to constantly remind them of it. Problem s Went in for courtesy oil change with a print out. Everyone forgot it especially at time of check out. I had to constantly remind them of it. Problem solved...for that moment. Minutes after I got home, they called and told me about a factory recall on airbags that needs to be done. They said nothing in the almost 2 hours I was there for the oil change. So I went back. At time of pick up again, they tried charging me for the same oil change again. Seems communication is lack there-of and nobody reads or understands what courtesy means in the English language. There's one thing that I can't stand is when someone is talking to you in English and then stops to have a conversation with someone else in Spanish while looking at you and laughing. Total DISRESPECT! That is EXACTLY what I went through and had to deal with. If you are going to make fun of someone, make sure they cant understand you or do it where the customer cant hear or see you do it. More
