I received a recall for my 2019 Kona EV. I was able to schedule my service on-line. Upon arrival Hector Morales explained what was going to happen. I was able to get work done at a desk with free Wi-Fi schedule my service on-line. Upon arrival Hector Morales explained what was going to happen. Went for my first service (5,000 mile check) since purchasing the car. Even with the COVID it was a seamless visit. My service advisor Dean Morissette was very pleasant and explained the service.
