Service really did a good deed! I expected to be gouged when I could not get my oil filter off my used car I just bought - but they took care of it and did not use as excuse to char I expected to be gouged when I could not get my oil filter off my used car I just bought - but they took care of it and did not use as excuse to charge me for a stripped thread for example - but rather changed the filter and oil for free!! I was amazed. The sales rep "Mo" unfortunately LIED to my face about the maintenance plan being required for the financing to be approved - don't fall for it - took me 4 months to get refunded the almost 4K cost for that plan (Thanks Sara). Wells Fargo informed me that this happens all the time so I know it wasn't a mistake. But the service team did the right thing!!! Thanks Lia! More
