Very strange that a car dealership service department would tell a customer that they needed to go to a muffler repair shop to repair a muffler/exhaust problem and that they couldn't do the repair themse would tell a customer that they needed to go to a muffler repair shop to repair a muffler/exhaust problem and that they couldn't do the repair themselves. Also, to charge a diagnostic fee for fixing the AC regardless if the service department actually does the repair/recharging of AC is absolutely ridiculous. Diagnostic fees are normally waved if agree to let the service department to do the work. Don't think I'll ever come back to this dealership for servicing my vehicle. More

Lube and oil change. Overall I think the service went well. I crawled underneath to check the grease zerks to verify it was greased. I've been to places that flat out did Overall I think the service went well. I crawled underneath to check the grease zerks to verify it was greased. I've been to places that flat out did not grease it and they charged me for it. Hawk Chevrolet did grease most of the zerks but they missed the driver's side tie rod end. That's easy enough for me to grease on my own but if they overlooked an easy to see zerk then I have to question what else they missed. Also, left greasy footprints on the carpet between driver and passenger. I have pictures of the zerks (it's plainly obvious they missed one) and the greasy footprints if anyone is interested. More
