I'm not happy with the dealer because the didn't know how to fix my ascent because the transmission jerkin a lot .I decided to returned the car and buy a new one but the dealer put in sale the defective car to fix my ascent because the transmission jerkin a lot .I decided to returned the car and buy a new one but the dealer put in sale the defective car next day .is not correct to try to sale this car with serious transmission issues . I should have waited on doing a Review. The Car is nice. But Not exactly what we were told. I had to call about personal paperwork left in the glove box of the vehicle that we traded. I had some questions about the gas mileage, and a couple other things . I thought he would call me back. Guess that's Not going to happen. He said, 33 mpg on Interstate or toll rd. I said, I only got 18.5 on the toll rd. Not much traffic. He had to go , so I thought Id get a call back. Today is 6-14-2023 , so I guess since they got our " Cash ", they are finished with us. There should be a "maybe" on IF you would refer people to their Dealership..... but just a Yes or No. Being nice , I said , Yes. But like I said above , "Maybe ". I Never knew there was a 3 day , 150 mile return policy. Had I known. The car might have been back at the Dealership. I was unsure IF it would work for me, Because of Health issues. But My Husband and Hector basically did the Deal. " even the car would be for me to drive " I kept saying , I wasn't sure. " We got home , parked the car in the garage last Friday 6-9-2023 and it hasn't moved since . I'll More than likely be Trading or Selling it within a year. So Really think Hard Before you buy any Vehicle . Everyone at the Dealership was extremely nice ! More

My husband and I pretty much knew what we were looking for , the Internet makes it a lot easier , looking for what you want. On 6-09 -2023 we drove over an hour to see a vehicle . Hector Salazar was our Salesman and he was Super from the beginning to the end . it was an extremely Hot that day He made sure we were comfortable , with offers of Water, Coffee etc. He showed my Husband and I how things worked on the Vehicle , which was great. He helped make sure the Sale went thru. He wasn't pushy, he made car shopping pleasant. Hector is an asset to the Company. If you are looking for a car / truck Go to Sport Subaru South on OBT in Orlando and ask for Hector. It was worth the long drive. Everyone we met at the Dealership was polite and friendly. I just wish the Service Dept was closer , that way I could use them ! More

David and Hector were amazing. I’d called ahead and told them what I was interested in. When I got there, the exact match was already pulled up in front of the store. I did a quick test drive and confirmed it was what I wanted. We worked out the best way to pay for it. All the information was laid out clearly, nothing shady. Did the paperwork right away. The whole process took less than 2 hours and I had the keys. They let me pick it up the next day since I didn’t have a trade in or a ride at that time. When I got there they showed me all the details of how the car works and answered all my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. More
