Hi, my name is Heidi. I have two girls, ages 13 and 12, that keep me pretty busy, which is why I took the last year or so off of work to be home with them. I love selling cars because I love talking to people. I take great pride in listening and trying every possible avenue to achieve each customer's vehicle needs. PAINLESS and FUN Used car purchase! We absolutely dread the entire car buying process, have actually procrastinated past the last few holiday weekend sales over the past few months, just We absolutely dread the entire car buying process, have actually procrastinated past the last few holiday weekend sales over the past few months, just to delay the ordeal for as long as possible. The staff at Spokane Hyundai, starting with Toni, then to Heidi and Ryan, were absolutely a blast! Attentive, relaxed, fun, and laughter the entire time, even the financial part of the transaction was completely bearable. We left giving hugs as if we’d just visited good friends and would definitely recommend this crew to anyone! More

Any question Heidi wasn’t sure on, she wrote it down and said she would find out for me- I truly appreciated her honesty! I would much rather have a car salesperson who is friendly and tries to understand my needs than one who is just looking to make their month quota. I WILL BE BACK!!! More

Between test driving, applying, and signing all the pap I worked with Heidi. She was very personable and made the process very simple and stress free.
