I use this dealership for the service and maintenance of my 2021 K5. They are also friendly, courteous, accommodating and informative. The work is always done in a timely manner. Came in 4-5-24 for oil change then 2400 miles later I have no oil in car causing check engine light to come on. Took it to dealership 5-1-24 they said no leaks only 1.5 quarts low which I put one in one have no oil in car causing check engine light to come on. Took it to dealership 5-1-24 they said no leaks only 1.5 quarts low which I put one in one way so that’s 2.5 quarts low in 2400 miles. Why? Was told warranty was done after paying extra $2500 for extended warranty. Was trying to find out about warranty to be told old owners have information they don’t have it in the new owners system. So now the timing balance is off waiting for management to call. Just want them to make it right fix issue after their mess up at no cost to me. More
