Came in looking for a 2013-2015 Pilot because I love the box shape. They didn’t have any and I knew going in that all 2023 Pilots would need to be preordered, and the color (pearl black exterior; black leat box shape. Low and behold as I was ready to leave the sales manager came out and said “a truck is pulling in with new vehicles, I know it’s 2023 CR-V‘s but can you wait for me to confirm there’s no 2023 Pilots on there as well?” I waited for him to return to say “there’re all as I thought, but there’s only 1 Pilot on the trucks bed…it’s an all black 2023 Touring!” All the salesmen looked at Derrick in disbelief and gasp filled the room. One guy said “looks like you’ve got yourself a car young lady! Bring the keys” lol Paperwork completed, my Pilot came down, they removed the stickers, and multiple team members came over to say “can I take a look? You got the 1st one of this model before we even had a chance to see it!” More

I spoke with Helena on the phone who told me they had some in inventory. I promptly made my way over and turns out they had the exact make model and color I was looking for. Helena was absolutely a joy to work with and the entire team was wonderful in helping get me into the car of my dreams! More
