Teresa was great!! Teresa, in service, was extremely pleasant and helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. Kudos to Teresa. The only issue I had was when I call Teresa, in service, was extremely pleasant and helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. Kudos to Teresa. The only issue I had was when I called in and the receptionist answered. She was rude and unprofessional. She cut me off in the middle of my sentence, telling me it was not her department. Then she transferred me to a voice mail. I was not happy at all. You should not have people like that working for you that are not customer centric. Teresa was very nice and she took care of me - it was a good thing because I would not have recommended you any longer if Teresa did not answer the phone next. Also, Bob - the driver, was so very nice. More
