The only issue I had was when I called in and the receptionist answered. She was rude and unprofessional. She cut me off in the middle of my sentence, telling me it was not her department. Then she transferred me to a voice mail. I was not happy at all. You should not have people like that working for you that are not customer centric. Teresa was very nice and she took care of me - it was a good thing because I would not have recommended you any longer if Teresa did not answer the phone next. My deal was adeptly coordinated by General Manager Jason Cestaro, who is dynamic, confident, and a positive, spirited credit to the dealership and to the Mercedes brand. Business Manager Mark Ellwanger proved compassionate, patient, and facilitative of my concerns; indeed, I would say unprecedentedly so throughout my prior experiences at dealerships. He is superlative in his calling, acting with extraordinary kindness. Henri Sabar is knowledgeable, efficient, and forthright. He and Sales Manager Dan Raspanti worked constructively. Executive Assistant Marie Long is both friendly and personable, and Customer Relations Manager Debbie Chorny is kind, receptive, and appreciative of customer comments. Excellent dealer and mechanic I recently bought a used Lexus from Prestige MB of Paramus. The service from Henry Sabar and the wonderful mechanic James was beyond all praise. They put on FOUR new Michelin tires and, due to a small oil leak, an ENTIRELY NEW steering column, plus FOUR new brake disks and pads!!! James took it on a further test drive on Sunday and delivered it to us then for our drive back to Boston. He was not happy until the car ran perfectly and looked like new!! Also, we needed the title as quickly as possible for Massachusetts registration and Henry sent it when they got it next-day Fed Express to us! I can't praise Henry and James of MB of Paramus enough and I told Henry and James, only half-jokingly, that when my 2007 Lexus hits 300,000 miles I'll be back for a Mercedes from them! Sensational and almost, in this day and age, INCREDIBLE service. More
