When we walked in Kenneth Juarez, sales consultant greeted us and walked us straight to the car we were there to see. He was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. He guided me every step of the way. He took his time explaining everything clearly about the car and answered all the questions I had. He made sure I understood all the new tech my new car came with and he helped me download the Toyota app so, I could register my new car. The finance team was incredibly helpful with my trade in and explaining all the options and helping me make an informed decision. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process and I’m thrilled with my new car. So, glad I chose this dealership. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family.
