Henry Martinez was very efficient and reliable. I expected a minimum of 2 days to hear back, but the team fixed my vehicle's issue and I had it back within 24 hours. I was worried that a multipoint I expected a minimum of 2 days to hear back, but the team fixed my vehicle's issue and I had it back within 24 hours. I was worried that a multipoint inspection and new found issues/repairs would be very costly, however, the team was very straightforward and honest. Hopefully, I don't face another vehicle problem anytime soon, but if anything comes up, I would definitely book another service appointment with LACDJR and more specifically, Henry. More
