I would say this was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I had in my life thanks to Henry Polack and Tracy Toyota. I reached out to the dealership about the car I wanted and Henry promptl buying experience I had in my life thanks to Henry Polack and Tracy Toyota. I reached out to the dealership about the car I wanted and Henry promptly responded that they just had one come in. We made an appointment, came in and we made a no hassle-deal. Henry was very nice, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. This was very positively different from what we experienced at some of the other dealerships. I would highly recommend Henry Polack and Tracy Toyota!! More

Henry was more than a salesman, he felt like a buddy who I hadn't seen in a long time. Great attitude, friendly and funny. Everyone at Tracy Toyota was friendly and accommodating.
