I talked to Sarah Brittis the Service Advisor about starting the Classiche Certification process for my F355. I was not sure about a couple things on the car and I gave her the info about them. As I was worried that Ferrari would reject the car for Classiche Certification. Sarah said "If they reject your submission, I will refund your inspection fee". That is really stepping up! More

Sara from service department never returned my call. I had to follow up with her and she promised to call back by end of the day with an update about the car but she never did and that happened 3 times. I had to follow up with her and she promised to call back by end of the day with an update about the car but she never did and that happened 3 times. Even if there is no update, you should keep your promos and give a call back to customer and let them know to provide a good customer service. I recommend Sara works on that part. Customers feel disrespect when employees ignore them. Beside Sara not returning calls, the rest was very good. More
