We've previously dealt with Covert Ford and it was an incredibly unpleasant experience (even for a car dealership). We were prepared to have a similar experience at other dealerships as well. But that is incredibly unpleasant experience (even for a car dealership). We were prepared to have a similar experience at other dealerships as well. But that is not what happened! We had a very pleasant experience at Riata Ford. Every single person we interacted with was a pleasure. Professional, knowledgeable, calm, not pushy, and very helpful. Over the past several weeks I have had multiple conversations with multiple dealers trying to find the right truck at the right price. I located the vehicle I ultimately ended up purchasing on the conversations with multiple dealers trying to find the right truck at the right price. I located the vehicle I ultimately ended up purchasing on the Riata website and arrived early for a test drive. Henry Smith was my first interaction with any staff at Riata and he was happy to take me for a drive and answer my questions about the truck. He was knowledgeable about this particular vehicle and took time to explain the process for purchasing and introduced me to all of the parties that would assist me with my deal. Let's face it, buying a car is not a fast process. This transaction was completed in record time including the make ready of my truck. Henry was active throughout the entire process, and I found him to be very attentive to my downtime waiting for processing and paperwork, answering questions and pushing my purchase though. He was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and great to work with. I won't hesitate to refer friends to Riata and Henry specifically and look forward to working with him again in the future. More
